Co-existential ecosystem of authors and content bots

Years ago, semantic web and structured data began revolutionizing the content industry. Now Machine Learning (ML) is doing the same for the content industry at an accelerated pace. And when structured formats like DITA marry ML, things get so much more interesting. How does this impact technical writers? How are technical writers expected to evolve with this change? How do we, the content industry, keep up with this fast paced change and make the most of this opportunity? These are some of the questions that I will try to answer in this presentation.

What can the audience expect to learn?

The content industry is fast evolving. Fast-paced growth in Machine Learning technologies is helping this evolution. In this presentation, learn about some of the interesting opportunities made available for the technical writing community by this technology.

We will see how ML based technologies can assist technical writers in creating well-structured content. And how technical writers can assist these machines to evolve.
