This presentation will show how an investment in DITA XML can be extended outside of a CCMS to enhance online (or offline) access to machine guided troubleshooting, re-purposing that content investment for Field Service applications.

Meet the presenter

Charlie Andrews is director of sales and business development at Ovitas, Inc., in Burlington, MA. To this role he brings deep experience working with global organizations in the structured and unstructured content lifecycle management arena. He has participated in the evolution and implementation of content management from early newspaper/magazine editorial systems, through the development of structured content solutions for government and private industry, to today’s confluence of enterprise information management and global social media. Andrews works with organizations in the healthcare, manufacturing, standards and compliance, and global accounting/finance markets.
