Analytics is an area that is often very difficult for documentation teams, and therefore many organizations rely on the “hope and pray” method of analyzing their content. The team produces what they hope is good content, and then they pray that it resonates with their customers!

leads the Solutions Consulting portion of the Technical Communications group at Adobe. He has the privilege of working with companies all over the world that are dealing with big content problems and are working to innovate in big ways.
