The Art of Possible

When it comes to DITA and structured content adoption—in comparison to the information technology and software industry—the manufacturing sector has been somewhat of a laggard.  However, the growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) in manufacturing means that the need for structured content has never been greater. Additionally, the data flow for a content cycle in the context of manufacturing requires a different approach to DITA implementation, which, in turn, warrants different tools and business case discussions.

What can the audience expect to learn?

During this presentation we will look at the cross pollination and data flow between PLM, CCMS, and ERP system within manufacturing organizations and offer a perspective on the art of the possible.
