This case study tells the story of how the technical writing team at Tridium, Inc. (Richmond, Virginia) implemented warehouse topics to reuse content. She develops technical writing practices and procedures, is an experienced computer systems analyst with significant knowledge of hardware and software product development, and has worked with translation and localization services.

 

Mike leads a small, globally dispersed, team of Technical Writers for Tridium, Inc., Richmond, VA. In 2003 he began working with structured xml using FrameMaker and in 2011 led the efforts at Tridium to implement a Component Content Management System. He has a worked as Technical writer in a variety of military and commercial settings. He is most interested in maximizing the DITA authoring and publishing workflow processes to produce valuable content that is flexible and easily customized to individual customers and their users.
